Payment Policy

For New students

• The Registration Fee is payable at the time of submitting the Student Application Form or before attending the entrance exam.
• The Tuition Fee, Textbook Fee, Uniform Fee, (if applicable) should be FULLY paid within THREE (3) working days from the date of the Offer of Placement, according to the attached Notice of Payment. Should the fees not be received by the abovementioned date, NCA London College and its associated schools cannot guarantee the student’s place in GCE A level or IGCSE programmes.
• The Tuition Fee payable = the monthly tuition fee when the student is admitted.
  
  The Note Fee and Uniform Fee payable are standard and applicable to all Full-time students.
  

For existing students

• For existing students, the Tuition Fee, Textbook Fee, Uniform Fee, (if applicable) should be FULLY paid before 1st August each year according to the Notice of Payment.
• Should the fees be not received by the abovementioned date, NCA, Excel London College and its associated schools cannot guarantee the student's place in GCE A-level or IGCSE programmes.
