Payment Policy
Excel London College (Tsim Sha Tsui) Payment Methods
- School fees are payable by cheque or cash only.
- Tuition fees are charged on a monthly basis and are payable on or after the first day of each month.
- We regret that we cannot give refunds for classes already paid for except in case of closure and cessation of the course.
- One month advance notice must be given if students wish to stop taking any courses at our school or we reserve the right to charge tuition fees for the entire month.
Holidays, Weather and Make-up classes
- We are closed on all public holidays.
- When the Education Bureau announces a class suspension, all classes will be cancelled.
- Classes are cancelled when the black rain warning or when typhoon signal No. 8 is hoisted.
- We regret that we cannot arrange any make-up class or give refunds for these occurrences.
